The spreadsheet contains placeholder text. This is not my real information.
This is a great way to plan your annual leave to make sure you use all of your paid time off, as that’s a part of your compensation. Take the days off that you have in the year and fill those into the spreadsheet, then move them around as you plan your travel.

| Month | Abbreviated month of when the travel will occur | Apr |
| Day | Abbreviated day of when the travel will occur | Thu |
| Date | Full date of when the travel will occur | 2025-04-10 |
| City | Destination city | St. Louis, Lima, Antananarivo |
| Country | Destination country | United States, Peru, Madagascar |
| Comments | Important notes, or days to avoid travel | Don't travel: Doctor's appointment |
| Conveyance | Flight number(s), train numbers, etc. | SQ 23, 5821, BA1565 |
| Hotel Name | Linked name to booking site or website of hotel | Sutton Place Toronto |

Tips
- Filter the Date column by condition “Greater than or equal to”
=TODAY()-1to hide days that have already passed.
These posts and spreadsheets are free to use, tweak, and make your own. I built them to organize my own chaos and figured they might help someone else too.
If you find value in them and want to support the time I spend creating and updating these resources, feel free to buy me a tea. It helps fuel the next round of nerdery.
